Submission
We submit to leaders not because the person deserves it, but because the office deserves it and God decrees it.Follower are to submit to God-given authority, trust God to accomplish His purpose, not to quit or become divisive.
The Leader: should exercise authority with wisdom & caution, recognize that no human controls all of life, Lead by serving, not bossing them.
